2. Appointment Policy

Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or direct communication.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute changes may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals: Sessions may be shortened to respect the time of following clients.

3. Payment & Refunds

All payments are due at the time of service or booking.
We accept cash, major credit cards, and select digital payment methods.
No refunds are issued for completed services or opened product purchases. Store credit may be issued at management’s discretion for unused sessions or unopened merchandise.

4. Health Disclaimer – Red Light Body Sculpting & Weight Loss Supplements

Our red light body sculpting treatments are non-invasive procedures designed to support natural fat reduction, skin tightening, and detox. These services are not a substitute for medical advice or care.
Results may vary based on body composition, lifestyle, and personal consistency.
Clients should consult with a licensed medical professional before beginning any body sculpting regimen or using wellness/weight loss supplements, especially if they are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or managing a medical condition.

5. Energy & Tarot Services

Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy for Bodhi & Sculpt Co.

At Bodhi & Sculpt Co., we are committed to providing you with high-quality services and wellness products. Please review our return and refund policy below, which outlines the terms related to bookings, services, and product purchases.

1. Services (Appointments & Packages)

All sales for services, including red light body sculpting, energy healing, tarot sessions, and weight loss programs, are final and non-refundable once rendered.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $25 cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session (if part of a prepaid package).
Package sessions must be used within the designated timeframe listed at the time of purchase.

2. Products (Weight Loss Supplements & Wellness Items)

Unopened Products: If you are not satisfied with a product purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.
Opened Products: Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) for all product returns.

3. Gift Cards & Special Offers

All gift cards, promotional credits, and discounted packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
These may be transferred to another person with written authorization from the original purchaser.

4. Service Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with a service experience, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your appointment. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and may offer a service credit or alternative solution based on the situation.
