I just wanted to share this quote that touches my soul in the deepest way. It reminds me that healing doesn't have to be loud or dramatic—sometimes it’s quiet, unfolding gently like petals in the sun.

To truly see something—a flower, a person, a soul—without judgment or expectation, is the essence of presence. That is where transformation begins.

Every person who walks through my doors is their own sacred bloom. I’m not here to fix them. I’m here to witness them, to support their unfolding, and to honor the miracle they already are. 🌿✨

Q: What inspired you to start Bodhi & Sculpt Co.?
A: Bodhi & Sculpt Co. was born from my personal healing journey. After experiencing near-death moments, becoming a mom, and being honored to experience life's beautiful lessons and powerful spiritual awakenings, I knew I was here to serve others in a meaningful way. I wanted to create a space where people could heal—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—and remember their wholeness.

Q: What does "Bodhi" mean to you?
A: Bodhi means "awakening" or "enlightenment" in Sanskrit. To me, it represents the unfolding of the soul, the remembrance of our divine nature, and the journey back to ourselves. It’s more than a brand—it’s a sacred mission.

Q: What makes your approach different?
A: I blend science-backed methods like red light body sculpting with spiritual tools like Reiki, intuitive guidance, and energy alignment. I’m not here to just help people lose inches—I’m here to help them reconnect with their soul and embody the light they already hold within.

Q: What role does spirituality play in your work?
A: It’s at the heart of everything I do. My work is deeply intuitive, and I see each client as a whole being—body, mind, and spirit. I honor their energy, their story, and their capacity to heal. I hold space, listen, and guide from a place of compassion and connection.

Q: What do you love most about this work?
A: Witnessing transformation. Seeing someone walk in weighed down by life and leave lighter, more radiant, more themselves—that’s what lights me up. I live for those moments when a client realizes they are powerful, worthy, and whole.

Q: What’s one thing people may not know about you?
A: I’m originally from Quito, Ecuador, I’m a mama, I have two beautiful pups, and I’m currently studying to become a midwife. I believe birth, healing, and awakening are all sacred transitions—and I’m here to support them all.

 ☀️ Favorite way to recharge:
Walking barefoot on the beach, soaking in the sun, and letting the ocean reset my energy. Bonus points if there’s palo santo in the air and a smoothie in hand.

 🐾 Fur babies:
Two sweet pups who are basically my spirit guides in dog form—and two magical Maine Coon cats who act like royalty and remind me daily to embody both softness and sovereignty. 

 🌸 Element I feel most connected to:
Water. It reflects our ability to flow, cleanse, and adapt. It’s also where I feel most at peace and connected to Source. 

 🌕 Beach or forest?
Both nourish my soul, but the beach is my temple. The rhythm of the waves, the warmth of the sun—it’s medicine. 

 🌀 Current mantra:
“I am here to embody my higher self and help others do the same.” 

 🔮 Secret talent:
I have the ability to attune to the energy of a space—and the people in it—the moment I arrive. It’s as if I can hear what’s unspoken and feel what’s unseen, allowing me to offer intuitive guidance that gently unravels, reveals, and reconnects you to your soul’s truth.
